This was our second order with them. First time we only bought a few pieces to check quality because we did not know the company before. We ordered several TIMKEN items together with other industrial bearings. Products arrived with certificates and original labels and our receiving team checked the sizes against the PO without finding any problem. Packaging was strong especially the heavier bearings and nothing was loose inside the cartons. One box had a little damage on the outside from shipping but the bearing inside was totally fine.
