The SKF bearings supplied were genuine and came with supporting certificates. Part numbers and dimensions matched our requirement so there was no issue during replacement. The cartons were reinforced well for international shipping and nothing was damaged. Their sales person also replied to our emails quickly when we needed to confirm stock and dispatch time.

We first placed a small trial order because we had not worked with this supplier before. The THK linear bearings arrived with the requested certificates and original packaging and our technical team checked the dimensions before installation. Everything was within the required tolerance. We have since sent them another inquiry for our regular maintenance stock. Email communication is straightforward and usually very quick.

We have been sourcing industrial bearings for our mining equipment maintenance projects for more than two years. The supplier provides genuine products with certificates and stable quality. The TIMKEN tapered roller bearings we received had accurate dimensions and excellent performance under heavy loads. Delivery was on schedule and all packages arrived safely despite long-distance shipping. Their email response is always fast and professional. We appreciate their long-term supply capability.
